How do I stop job-hopping when every role eventually burns me out?

Look for the pattern underneath the exits: unclear expectations, sensory overload, too many meetings, no recovery time, or constant masking. Job-hopping is often treated like a character flaw, but it can be useful data. Before the next role, write your non-negotiables, your early warning signs, and the supports you will ask for before you are already depleted.

What helped me: fewer transitions, less noise, no 'productive rest'. Boring, unglamorous, effective.

You're doing better than you think you are. Truly.
